Heya Buskers!
Getting people to pay you with cards is not going to be easy. But, even if people aren’t carrying cash (and at least 10% of them aren’t), they still want to give you money. So, we all need to change your audience’s behaviours. They’ve got to learn that it’s possible through BuSK, and to become comfortable with the idea. This is the 21st century. Not having cash is no longer an excuse to just walk away.
We’re doing what we can on our end, but the only person who knows how to convince your audience is YOU. So, we want to hear your best hat lines. To enter this competition just record a selfie video of you saying your funniest, smartest, most convincing hat lines. And send it to us via Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or email (or whatever) to daniela@busk.co.
We’ll post the submissions on Facebook. The most reacted-to (i.e. liked) videos will win:
- 1st place: £100*
- 2nd/3rd place: £25 each.
- Jury prize: £100**

**JURY PRIZE: We’re putting together a squad of street performers of different disciplines to judge what their favourite submissions are. This means that very late entries might not get a huge number of votes, but if they’re good they could convince our jury to award you an extra £100. Bonus points for recording the video of you actually saying the line to a live audience 🙂
